We are proud to state that for over 10 years, our eight bright and individually furnished 2-room apartments for families or groups of up to 6 people, have offered our guests plenty of space to take their stay in Augsburg near the city center into their own hands. In addition to the comfortable standard furnishing with their kitchen and bathroom, our guests have cable TV and free WiFi as well as parking spaces in the courtyard. Bedding and towels are included.

A large number of supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance.

With the tram line 1 towards »Göggingen«, it only takes 5 short stops to the »Fuggerei«, the oldest social settlement in the world from the 16th century and Augsburg's main attraction. Another two stops will allow you to reach the town hall square in the center of the pedestrian zone where you will also find the »Perlach Tower«. From there you can explore the Augsburg museums and monuments of the UNESCO World Heritage Site as well as the beautiful city center. Thanks to the direct connection to the tram, the »Congress at the Park« with a 4.7 km distance and the exhibition center with a distance of 7.5 km can also easily be reached by public transport.
